NEW CUSTOMERS
Welcome! Please send us your Federal Tax ID number, company name, company contact names and phone numbers, account payable information as well as bank information. Our sales team will then contact you if more information is needed.
MINIMUM ORDERS
200.00 opening orders / 200.00 re-order. All changes or cancelations to orders should be submitted in writing and confirmed by Delighted Home.
PAYMENT TERMS
First time order must be paid in full via credit card or check before Delighted Home Co ships the order. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. Credit check must approved before allowing net 30 days for payment. Past due accounts are subject to late fees and have the possibility of revocation of established terms. All NSF checks will accrue a 50.00 fee. We charge customer a 2% monthly finance charge (24% annual) on any late invoices. Any payments made to the account will first be used to pay off finance charges before paying off remaining balances.
BACKORDERS
We will ship backordered product that meets the minimum re-order size as soon as it becomes available. Backorders less than 50.00 will automatically be canceled. If you do not wish to receive backorders, please notify our customer service.
SHORTAGES, OVERAGES & DAMAGED GOODS
All damage claims must be made within ten (10) business days of invoice date. Call our office at 717-292-8181 to receive return merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), no returns will be accepted without RMA#. If your shipment does not match your order, or if goods are damaged, please notify our customer service within ten (10) business days of receipt of shipment. All visible carton damage must be noted on the delivery receipt prior to signing for and accepting the shipment.
PRICING
Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to update all pricing prior to catalog printing. However, occasional price changes or corrections may occur.
HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS
Most Delighted Home product is handcrafted including our flameless candles being hand-waxed. Variation in color, shape, and finish are characteristic of handcrafted items. These are not considered flaws.
RETURN POLICY / CHARGEBACKS
We will charge customer a 25% re-stocking fee plus freight if customer cancels order within 20 days before shipment date or wants to return a shipment.
Order cancelations must have prior authorization from Delighted Home and will be documented by a confirmation number issued by Delighted Home.
